Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III
I loved this recipe! I took them to work and everyone loved them! I doubled the batch just like someone else suggested and it was a good idea. I also substituted reduced fat Jif peanut butter, used half Splenda and half white sugar in place of all white sugar, and used Smart Balance butter instead of regular butter. They still turned out great, and were still soft and chewy days later!
