Cornmeal Waffles
It was a very good recipe with healthy ingredients. I used fat free milk instead of buttermilk and added a bit more sugar. It is not expected out of cornmeal and whole wheat flour to make a tender and fluffy texture but it is healthy and has a special taste to it. My dear husband and I had it with jam, syrup and peanut butter. It was so filling. I will definetly make it again in the future. Thanks for a good recipe.

Chocolate Kiss Cookies
Thanks for this wonderful recipe. I made a few changes. I replaced margarine with 1/2 cup applesauce to make the dough fat free. The dough was a bit difficult to deal with and to overcome that I kept my hands damp with some water and I just placed the kisses inside and rolled the dough in a ball. So it was balls instead of kisses shape. It tastes DELICIOUS! Happy baking.

Peach Upside Down Cake II
I just made it. I replaced shortenning with applesauce to make the recipe fat free. And instead of orange juice added the juice from the peaches can. IT IS GREAT. Thanks.
