Woman of many,many hats!! Anything on the grill, charcoal, no gas here. It is my new favorite, I'm like a madman with my grill or rather madwoman. I'd have to say seafood with just butter and Tony Charchere's creole seasoning. Baked potatoes pressure cooked inside and then coated with course salt and pepper and grilled till outside crisp. Wine and beer here!! My mom didn't pass down any that I can think of. She just loved to cook and was great. I do wish I had something to share with my kids and have tried to start my own but I fail at that. Cooking is like therapy to me, it's the only time I'm alone, in my mind at least and get a break from my kids, so I'm rather impatient with them in the kitchen when they want to help. Need to work on that for my kids. When my family is quiet at the table and looking down with their mouths full and I didn't burn anything. Many!!!! I don't measure anything. Like to experiment with food. Some have been fabulous some a disaster.
