This recipe, although a lot more time consuming then some other dessert recipes is my absolute favorite. My mother in law has been making them for years. These are not brownies, to call them that is a complete misrepresentation of their greatness. You really need to let the eggs, butter and cream cheese come to room temp. for the best results in this recipe. Everyone who has ever eaten one (that I know personally) has loved them! I'd give it more then 5* if I could.

I was not very impressed with either the taste or ease of preparation of these cinnamon rolls, both my children and I were disappointed and they taste NOTHING like cinnabons. Other than that it was just okay. Will not make again.

The children liked this a lot, especially since they could get hands on into the production of these candies/cookies. However, I made 1 inch balls and that was a lot more then 30. I wonder if the cloves are even neccessary so I decided to leave them overnight and see how that effects the taste. As is without the cloves the children went CrAzY for them. I will likely make them again but try another flavor like orange for variety.
