Gooey Butter Cake I
I thought I had yellow cake mix and I didn't! So I substituted it with chocolate cake mix that I already had. I added vanilla flavoring and a little carnation milk to the cream cheese mixture. It turned out great: very rich though!!

Buffet Meatballs
I used this recipe for a celebration @ church. I brought nothing back home but a little of the juice. This was an awesome recipe that I will definitely use again!! Oh, I did add a little sugar (to taste).

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
This recipe turned out really well. i used it for the first time on Thanksgiving 2007. Before, dressing in my home was awful. I will continue to use this recipe!!
