Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
This recipe is absolutly a keeper! It's probably my favorite recipe from the entire website (and I've made lots of good dishes from this site). I couldn't find chili paste so I used red curry paste and it turned out great- I will use this again next time. I also used soba noodles and added lots of steamed broccoli, carrots and red pepper. The only change I will make next time is to make MUCH MUCH more so that I can have leftovers for days! It is very good as a cold lunch!

Thai Curry Tofu

This recipe was really delicious! The flavor combinations were perfect. The only change I would make would be to cook the tofu in a few spices - like curry, salt and pepper, the first go round. Will definitely make again!

Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

My husband and I really enjoyed this desert . . . it tastes light and refreshing. I soaked the strawberries and blueberries in a little sugar for a few hours. I also made my own whip cream! It was easy to make and perfect for anyone who loves fruity deserts (my husband! - I prefer chocolate myself)

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Excellent- served over jasmine rice with a side of steamed broccoli! My only recommendation is to use low sodium soy sauce because it is kinda salty! Quick and delicious, my husband and I both loved it . . . its a keeper!

A Pad Thai Worth Making

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
This recipe is delicious! I agree with other reviewers that the ease and quickness of this recipe combined with the delicious taste makes for a 5 star recipe. I will definitely be keeping this one around. One note- soak the noodles for longer (maybe 40 min) then you won't have to add water and cook more. . . just don't soak for so long that they get soggy. Also, if you have a hard time finding the Sriracha sauce and are from the South, go to Food Lion. This is the only place I can find it!

Newport Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
This clam chowder is sensational! We have a strange family tradition of eating clam chowder on Christmas Eve. This is the first year I spent Christmas Eve with my husband's family and I made this chowder. It was a huge success!I might use less flour next time because the soup was a bit rich. This is probably going to replace our old recipe and become the new tradition!
