Caramel Frosting IV
Absolutely awesome especially on chopped apple cake during cool weather baking. Will make again and again.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
Liked this very much, but needs more milk or less noodles. I also added chopped carrots and french fried onions on top. My husband loved it.

Old-Fashioned Potato Soup
Very good. I used chicken broth instead of water and olive oil instead of butter. I also used celery and carrots. What a great addition to my recipes.
