Beer Margaritas
very good margarita. I followed recipe but used a cheap tequila and wasn't impressed, it was ok. The second time I used El Jimador tequila and club soda instead of water and it was so much better, could not taste the beer at all. Used Budlight and Minute Maid limeade. Good stuff and a keeper. Thanks.

Zippy Rice Pilaf
Already made it x5. Love the versatility of it and the flavor and found out I really like cumin, had not cooked much with it before, but now i have been trying it in different Mexican dishes. Thanks for sharing.

Buttery Corn Bread
yum!! I have been looking for a recipe like this one. Very moist, sweet and so good. I ate 1/4 of it by myself already with butter and honey. A keeper. thanks for sharing.
