About this Cook
I really like to cook. I am going to Johnson & Wles University in providence, Rhode Island. I will be recieving my Bachelors Degree in Food Service Management in the May of 2008. I have already recieved my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Some day I would like to own my own catering business. That is what I always wanted to do, so hopefully this happens. I also like to play all kinds of sports. You name the sports I am probable good at it or will become good in a couple of days playing the sport. I really love my family. I don't know where I would be if I didn't have there support. They have done a lot to help me try to have a good life.
My favorite things to cook
A couple of things I really enjoy cooking are sloppy joes, because they are really good and super easy to make. Another thing I like to make are these Kielbasa wrapped in bacon and then topped with brown sugar. Everybody loves when make these awesome treats.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The one family cooking tradition that will never stop is every Christmas Eve our entire family gets together and eats sloppy joes. I love going over my grandparents house and helping out my grandma make the wonderful sloppy joes. I almost forgot about one other cooking tradition. When a holiday comes around our family comes together to have a all out turkey dinner. We have so much food it isn't even funny. But every time when it comes time to cook the biscuits, they always seem to get burnt. I don't know what it is but they always do.
