I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids. A 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. I really enjoy cooking. We are living in Hershey PA while my husband finishes up school. I love recipes that are classics and also a good challenge. I really love to cook almost anything. I am not quite as good at baking. I am trying to get better! The only thing I am good at baking is bread. Fresh bread cooking in the house is my favorite! And a good ethnic dish, like Indian tikka masala. My family is Italian and so we generally overuse garlic! I love almost all food, but I really love seafood Christmas dinner that I grew up with. Any meal that turns out good is a triumph! I have yet to triumph a great sourdough bread. Mushy rice or a flat loaf of bread...both have happened more than once.
