I'm a libra so i'm quiet but miserable r so i'm told (about being miserable)i'm a hard worker n a nurse in training cooking is the love of my life until i meet someone who may change my mind that is. jamaican foods (jerk pork,chicken,ackee&saltfish etc) love making breads n cookies children foods r also a speciality.loves to try other stuff though open to new ideas. making one pot meals like pepperpot with three different types of meat n vegetables very spicy. the first time i cook a roast by myself it came out perfect ,making chicken alfredo n it came out perfect. first time i made bread it was a disaster my family n friends tease with it because u could use them to stun a thief but i work on it till it was perfect.
