Spanish Rice II
This was an awesome recipe. I used chicken broth instead of water as others had previously mentioned. I also added red & yellow sweet peppers and 1/4 of a jalapeno pepper. Instead of regular chili powder I used the chipotle chili powder from Epicure selections. Ithad a nice kick to it when cooked. My husband is not a rice eater but he had 2 helpings of this.

Herbed Batter Rolls
These are awesome! My whole family gobbles them down. I however omit the sage, terragon and nutmeg and add different spices such as sun dried tomato & herb, dill, onion etc based on what I am serving them with. The basic recipe is perfect for any type of bun or bread. The only other thing I change is to use bread flour instead of all purpose flour. I have also used it to make a loaf for garlic bread. This one is definitely staying in my recipe box!

Parmesan Herb Bread
This was great. I used bread flour instead of all purpose and shaped it on a cookie sheet. It raised extremely high. The herb flavour was light and I think next time I may add a bit more or try a different combination of flavours. This recipe will definitely be used over and over again at our home.
