These are fast and easy to make. Not as good as candied sweet potatos, but still quite good.

I've done my fair share of baking and this cake, by far, is the best thing I've ever made! I used the recommended changes that are listed in the number 1 post. It was very moist and had a well balanced spicy and sweet taste. Absolutely amazing! I have a new staple for potlucks, birthdays or days that I have a sweet tooth craving!
