I once tried to make Bananas foster, it ended up way to sweet, the bananas didn't carmelize, and it was a huge mess. My best friend couldn't stop laughing at the results.

Harvest Loaf Cake
Good recipe! I have made it twice now. The 1st time I made it just as it said, but the second time, I thought I'd try pumpkin pie spice instead of all the spices it called for, the cinnamon added a really nice flavor, I think I'll do it that way from now on. :-)

Blonde Brownies V
This was a very dense spongy texture, but the flavor was great. A VERY sweet brownie, so it is eaten in moderation. Instead of the vanilla extract, I used Butterscotch, also I used plenty of walnuts ontop b4 baking, not mixed in, and they came out great. Very sticky, hard to get out of the pan. But overall good flavor, everyone loved them.
