Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

I made this recipe for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! The only thing I did different was I baked the whole potatoes in the oven for about 25 min or so on 375 degrees first (due to some saying potatoes were still a little raw) then I followed everything else exactly. Will make again for sure!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Pork was falling off the bone after 4 hours! I used Sweet Baby Ray's maple and brown sugar bbq sauce and it was delicious...will make again for sure!
