My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
Excellent recipe as is. I recently served this at a poker night get together and it disappeared. Love it!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe would have been excellent but for one thing, WAY too much sugar. I would cut it in half if not less. I guess it depends on how you like your teriyaki. I believe you should rate the recipe based on its merit AS IS, not on how it turns out after you make a ton of changes. That way the rating system is actually accurate.

Barbecue Ribs
I made this recipe last weekend for friends, following previous reviewers, I boiled the ribs for an hour and ten minutes, then marinated them for at least four hours in double the amount of marinade. We grilled them for about ten minutes while basting with the marinade and I simmered the sauce on the stove. Before serving I poured the sauce over the ribs, it turned out better than any restaurant! They were so tender they were falling off the bone, and the sauce was amazingly tasty. My guests loved it and I must say this will become a permanent addition to my kitchen!
