Super Moist Pumpkin Bread
Very good. Used olive oil as recommended and it did work well. Didn't use flaked coconut or roast the nuts...still was excellent.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Excellent cookies! My 2 best critics (my kids) rated them for me and I agree. I used cream cheese frosting, as it is my fav. I'll try the icing next time. I did use the 1/2 cup brown sugar as recommended because it made sense for flavors' sake.

Unbelievable Chicken
Very tasty and moist. I didn't have a lemon, only lime and it turned out great!
