About this Cook
Middle aged, married, with 2 children, husband of 15 years, and a new puppy Weimaraner.
My favorite things to cook
Fudge, enchiladas and quesadillas.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making cheese balls and sugar cut-out cookies right before Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
I made a raspberry chocolate torte, and the recipe called for several days of preparation. It was my proudest gourmet dessert that turned out wonderful.
My cooking tragedies
I used to have a hobby of making wedding cakes, and one time I forgot to put in eggs. The cake actually turned out fine!

Soft Breadsticks
These weren't soft. But overall they are worth making, if you add a little flavor. They were not very tasty without extra butter and garlic added into the mix.

A Plus Fair Corn Dogs
Tastes great. Only downside was they cooked so fast, most of mine burned.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
So easy. It practically made itself. It was the best peanut butter fudge I've ever had. It only costed about $4.00 for the ingredients, and made 15 huge pieces. Locally, fudge is over $9.00 a pound, and this made several pounds and was way better!
