Middle aged, married, with 2 children, husband of 15 years, and a new puppy Weimaraner. Fudge, enchiladas and quesadillas. Making cheese balls and sugar cut-out cookies right before Christmas. I made a raspberry chocolate torte, and the recipe called for several days of preparation. It was my proudest gourmet dessert that turned out wonderful. I used to have a hobby of making wedding cakes, and one time I forgot to put in eggs. The cake actually turned out fine!
