I just recently moved to Davis to finish school and one of the greatest perks that came along with the move was getting my very own kitchen! =) Through this, I have been able to find my own style of cooking, favorite recipes, and the best ways to grocery shop =) My kitchen is by far one of my most favorite places in the world.

Carrot Bread
These turned out okay, they're good if you are looking for a healthy muffin, but without the fat they are more spongy than cakey. Make sure you FULLY incorporate the baking soda into the flour mixture or decrease it to 1/2 tsp. since baking soda turns carrots green. It's still perfectly okay to eat but green carrots muffins just don't look as appetizing =]

Cookie Sticks
These turned out so much better than I was expecting! They tasted great and were quick and easy to make. I refrigerated the dough for a few hours then spread it on a pizza pan and baked for about 8 minutes. Definitely will be making again!
