My boyfriend absolutly LOVES this. He asks me to make it as often as possible. I always just buy the stir fry steak already cut into strips to make it easier. Sometimes I don't bother searing the steak first, to save time. It turns out fine but the meat breaks apart more.

Baked Potato Soup

I love this soup. I have made it a few times at work and scaled it up for 50 people. I always add a whole bag of cheddar cheese at the end to make it a cheesy baked potato soup. Other than that I don't change a thing. It always sells out.

Valentino's Pizza Crust

This crust is really easy and good. I was using one that required the bread maker but this is way easier and takes a lot less time. Didn't change a thing, just added a bit of garlic powder to some olive oil and brushed it on the crust after the pizza was done cooking. GREAT!! Will use this every time i make pizza from now on.

Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf

I personally am not a huge meatloaf lover anyway but my boyfriend is. I thought it was pretty good and my boyfriend said it was just as good as an oven cooked meatloaf. I was extremly easy to make. That's always a plus being a mother and working fulltime.

Empanadas

Not sure that I made it right. Didn't taste any better than Mc.Donald's apple pies but a lot more work. I made them with chopped up apple pie filling. I may try them again just to see if I may have made them wrong or if I can improve on them. They weren't bad, just not quite as awsome as I had anticipated.

Slow Cooker Pizza

I didn't change a thing about this recipe other than to add onions to the hamburger. It was awsome. My family loved it especially my pasta loving boyfriend. The only thing I may do differentlly next time is to add more cheese to the very top in say the last 30 mins or so of cooking so it will be all melty. The cheese almost seemed like it disentegrated..but it was still so good!!
