I personally am not a huge meatloaf lover anyway but my boyfriend is. I thought it was pretty good and my boyfriend said it was just as good as an oven cooked meatloaf. I was extremly easy to make. That's always a plus being a mother and working fulltime.

Not sure that I made it right. Didn't taste any better than Mc.Donald's apple pies but a lot more work. I made them with chopped up apple pie filling. I may try them again just to see if I may have made them wrong or if I can improve on them. They weren't bad, just not quite as awsome as I had anticipated.

I didn't change a thing about this recipe other than to add onions to the hamburger. It was awsome. My family loved it especially my pasta loving boyfriend. The only thing I may do differentlly next time is to add more cheese to the very top in say the last 30 mins or so of cooking so it will be all melty. The cheese almost seemed like it disentegrated..but it was still so good!!
