Ricotta Pie (Old Italian Recipe)
Amazing pie! I love the soft sweet flavor until you bite into a chocolate chip. Delicious! All that I can recommend is not to make it as a deep dish pie because it take too long to cook and the crust either gets too stiff or it burns.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
My girlfriend thinks that this recipe deserves 3 stars but I think it was better than that... She and I both agree that it didn't have enough flavor and that a bit more garlic would help a lot. Also, the mix doesn't promote moist chicken. Definitely watch it so that it doesn't dry out on you...

Italian Spinach Sausage Pie
I really liked this pie but my girlfriend didn't so much... I guess it's your choice. I would make it again. As for this pie it was really filling! It's a great dinner pie
