About this Cook
I'm a mother of two beautiful little girls. They tend to keep me busy most of the day, but when I do get a chance I love to dabble into different recipes.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make a filipino dish called chicken adobo, it's my absolute favorite and I love to mix up a big lasagna and mix up the ingredients to make it different each time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Big christmas breakfast, with everything you could imagine on the table.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made eggplant parm, it came out wonderfully.
My cooking tragedies
I planned a little post christmas turkey dinner with my girlfriends which was about a dinner 10 plus our children. I had everything going great and after I took the turkey out, my stove DIED!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
This was very delicious! Very rich, I sauteed chicken breast in garlic, diced onion and butter before I cubed it. There was no need to double up the sauce there was plenty almost too much. This dish is great for company and can be made ahead of time!

Chocolate Trifle
This was DELICIOUS, I only gave it a four because I made some adjustments, I used french vanilla whipcream and chocolate whip cream to do layers with including the chocolate pudding. I added fresh cut strawberries which I thought gave it some texture, definitely is important to let sit so the ingredients can marry, so delicious I will make this again!!!
