I'm a mother of two beautiful little girls. They tend to keep me busy most of the day, but when I do get a chance I love to dabble into different recipes. I love to make a filipino dish called chicken adobo, it's my absolute favorite and I love to mix up a big lasagna and mix up the ingredients to make it different each time. Big christmas breakfast, with everything you could imagine on the table. The first time I made eggplant parm, it came out wonderfully. I planned a little post christmas turkey dinner with my girlfriends which was about a dinner 10 plus our children. I had everything going great and after I took the turkey out, my stove DIED!
