One of my favorite places too be is in my kitchen trying a new recipe. Or in my garden picking fresh items for dinner. I am a home body that loves everything about house and home, except cleaning bathrooms. I love to read and hang out with my kids. I'm pretty boring I guess. I live vicariously through my motorcycle musician rock and roll husband. oh my that's tough depends on the time of year, I love to cook pizza in the summer with fresh tomatoes and herbs from my garden. I turned my grill into a brick oven by lining the grill with cheap bricks. I cook bread, pizza, brownies and all kinds of treats in the summer in it without heating up my kitchen. Right now I'm in a bread phase. Sunday meals at my Nona and Papas... eating lots of Italian food. My Grandmother teaching me how to devein shrimp when I was about 5. She got me hooked young. Egg Plant Casserole. my one and only true tragedy was over 20 years ago and my husband will never let me forget it. So if anyone has a good recipe for it you can pass it along...so that I can torture my hubby again.
