Hello. My name is Mary Kate. I am a 29 year old mother of 4 and wife to a wonderful husband. I have lived in Tennessee all of my life, but after being taken to Florida for the first time by my husband, have seriously considered moving there. Since then I have visited many times and fall more in love with it each time.

Clone of a Cinnabon
Wow, I make these all the time and cannot believe I haven't rated it yet. This is an awesome recipe for perfect cinnamon rolls. When I make these, it never fails my 5 year old daughter will hug me and say "you are the best cooker in the world". I have used all purpose flour in place of bread flour on occasion when I am out, and they turn out just as wonderful. Thank you for such a delicious recipe!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
My husband can't eat nuts, so I had to skip the toppping, bummer too, as I am a nut lover. Followed the rest of the recipe only using marshmallows for the topping and it was delicious. Thank you!
