French Spring Soup
Tasted great! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of using beef broth (cubes) instead of plain water, adding fat-free half & half instead of heavy cream, and added garlic when cooking the onion/leek. With a little extra salt, it tasted absolutely perfect!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
I'll go ahead and preface this review by saying: I am not a fan of fish. I'm not a fan of fishy flavor, so I am biased towards fish that has *lots* of flavor. With that said, the fish was good and very easy to prepare, hence four stars. I could have used more spice, or more garlic, or something to ramp of the flavor a little bit. I'll probably give it another go, with a little more additional spices.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup
I found this recipe to be very simple, and therefore very quick to make! The soup tasted much better the day after, so this is perfect for leftovers. I did everything according to recipe, except I used ground turkey instead of beef, and boiled the ground turkey with everything else after browning it a little bit.
