Simple Whole Wheat Bread
This is the first bread I ever made and I have now made it twice. I freeze the extra loaves and they are still fantastic. I also took the dough for the 3rd loaf and divided it into four small loaves. Baked them in mini loaf pans and they are great to pull out for a dinner or to make small toast in the AM.
