Baked Sweet Potatoes
I agree with the second review in that I mixed everything in a bowl first and everything had much more flavor. I dont turn them over - I love when they get a tiny bit crispy on one side. I do love the oregano flavor however - I didn't skimp on that one!

Yam Soup
Wonderful recipe. I used 4 cups vegetable broth instead of chicken and added a dash of poultry seasoning. Even with the extra broth it turned into a very thick, chunky stew, which I actually loved! My husband loved the thickness too and all of the different flavors. I agree about the wild rice - its adds the only contrasting color in a sea of orange! My husband actually called his mother and told her about this soup the next day. She called and asked for the recipe! Mother-in-law asking me for cooking advice? Let's just say that's never happend before!

Spaghetti Squash I
A great recipe. I was nervous because my husband hates squash, but he couldn't get enough of it! I did have to cook my squash much longer that I thought. I ended up microwaving it for about 15 minutes before it was even close to soft enough to scoop out. The olives and onions really add a lot of flavor and spunk. We had tons of leftovers so we enjoyed this dish for a few days!
