Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Yummy yummy yummy in my tummy tummy tummy. And I made it vegan. This was the best soup recipe I have tried. (I’m a beginner). Anyway… my wife and kid loved it. And we shared some to our neighbor and it got great reviews. The changes I made. Two packs of firm tofu, Boullion was s “better than bouillon,” vegan sour cream from the local health food store. – everything else was the same. I adjusted the cooking time because I was in a hurry and because there was no chicken. This recipe is absolutely a Wow!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Really nice. I sub'd milk with soy milk and chicken with tofu. I think that I used too much mckay's chicken seasoning so it was a little salty for me - but our dinner guest ate plenty. thanks so much for the recipe

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup

This worked out really well. We eat mostly vegan so I sub'd the milk with soy milk (plain flavor), chicken with tofu and everything worked out really well.
