Egg in a Hole
Great recipe - mom made this for us back in the 50's and called it Egg in a Nest- she always used butter since dad's family owned a dairy - and she used a juice glass to cut the hole - thanks for sharing this recipe- it brought back lots of memories - think I'll make them for breakfast in the morning!
