I just finished the last year of law, and ny favorit hobby above everithyng is ofcourse COOKING, as my carrer is a little stressing, sometimes I forget about it, and have a fun time in the kitchen. Allrecipes.com has helped me a lot in that, allways gives me nices and fresh ideas, that's why I love the site so much..... I enjoy cooking, anything that seems delicious and some times challenging, that, I try.... Lately I've developed a interest in baking and vegetarian stuff. My family is so close, we are a crowd, and we take any hollyday, birthday or special ocassion as an excuse to have a nice meal. We use to prepare "Sancocho con Pollo" which is a typical soup from the southern part of my country Colombia. With the time I have improved my cooking, so, as my triumphs I can mention a peaches cake, an "Encocado con Camarones"(Coconut Flavored Rice with Shrimps, which is a tipycall recipe from the coast of my country) my family loved it, and a Chicken Pizza.... One of the first things that I tried to make where Churros, they just didn't came out right, didn't even looke like churros; but I haven't given up, I'll try it again, when I feel more prepared. Other traggey mexican flour tortilas, in spite that it's supossed to be an easy thing I wasn't succesfull.... I tend to think that Mexican is not my stuff. Anyway I'll keep tyrng. That's the only way to learn; isn't it?
