This truly is the best lasagna. It was amazing. I probably added a bit more cheese than necessary because I didn’t measure, I just added what looked good and I love cheese. And instead of all ground beef I used half ground beef and half ground turkey to cut down a bit on the fat (although considering how much meat was in the dish it probably had minimal health effects). I used others suggestions and just soaked the noodles rather than cooking (it was SO much easier). All I have to say is that it was even better the next day!!!!

Oh my! This was delicious! I love creamy soups and this didn’t disappoint! I didn’t use instant rice because I had a box of the regular rice at home, so I made that separately and omitted the water from the broth portion of the recipe (but next time I will use instant, it would be so much easier). I also cut the butter and flour in half and used non-fat half & half to make it a bit healthier (although I bet it would be very good with the full butter and cream version too). And as other reviewers suggested I sautéed some onion, mushrooms and carrots to throw in to make it a hardier soup. It was amazing! I cant wait to eat the leftovers!

This is amazing and so simple. I always buy a block of parmesan cheese and grate it myself and have absolutly no problem with it melting (in the past I have had problems w/ the pre-shredded cheese from a bag, & kraft grated cheese doesnt work at all). I usually add broccoli and chicken for a complete meal. So so yummy... Ill have to try it with milk with flour or cornstarch next time for a healthier option.
