Cream Puff Cake
Such a crowd-pleasing dessert and so easy. I also added melted chocolate chips to the top of the base and used the icing from Eclairs II for the top -- which I think is KEY! Herhsey's syrup wouldn't do it justice, however the eclairs icing does not spread well, so it's difficult to make it pretty. Made it for a Labor Day picnic and will definitely make again.

Easy Guacamole
No need to change this one. It's my go-to guac recipe and everyone loves it.

Barley Bake
Delicious! I add sliced carrots too. This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. I've passed this recipe onto two others who are also now using it in regular rotation. Thanks!!
