Spaghetti, Cookies, Thai food Every Christmas morning everyone pitches in and makes eggs Benedict. Spaghetti is a huge part of my family - the making of it and eating it just makes me feel at home, even if I'm far away. I was making won tons...I usually make my own skins, but I thought I'd buy some...when I went to make them, (actually assembling them) I realized I'd bought the wrong thing somehow, and the sheets wouldn't stick together no matter what I did to them...I ended up layering them in a pan kind of like a lasagna so I didn't waste the filling - it wasn't too bad in the centre, but the edges were so nasty!
