My husband and I enjoy cooking together. I come up with the recipe and he is my 'chopper dicer'. It is a lot of fun to prepare dishes this way. I enjoy finding new recipes. Seafood, grilling, etc. A wide variety of foods, we love. I have five sisters and when we all get together for an occasion, we plan a liver party. We all love beef liver and onions. Our mother fixed such nutricius foods. My enthusiam to eat all foods. I am best at putting it all together. overcooking to dry out. I have learned to use lots of liquids when baking.
