I'm married with 1 son who attend college. Living in Delaware we have the benefit of being close to the ocean. We have another home there. The beach is my passion. I love being there. My favorite thing to do is just sit on the beach with a good book & a "nice cool beverage"!

Authentic German Potato Salad
What a simple side dish this is. My husband loves german potato salad and this is by far his favorite. I didn't change a thing.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
We love this recipe! It's great with any kinds of cheese. Also even better the next day. Just reheat in mico. If you add a little bit of milk before reheating it comes out just as creamy.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
This recipe is very easy to make. My husband loved them! The icing was way to sweet for me. the next time I'll use a cream cheese icing. I think that will send this recipe over the top.
