Albondigas
Gluten FREE! This recipe was super easy and not an expensive meal to make! Buy your gluten free bread crumbs and go to town. It is truly a great recipe no need to add anything else unless you want to pay more than necessary. The only think I added was a pinch of salt which I'm not sure it needed that.

Yakisoba Chicken
really tasty, I'm gluten free (allergy) so I had to use soy sauce w/o wheat and I couldn't find the buckwheat noodles so I had buy these rice noodles from an Asian market that worked fine. Those dining with me enjoyed them as well. SPICY :)
