Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies
A very nice and easy recipe. I chose not to bother with the pastry bag and just dropped the meringue onto the cookie sheet like a drop cookie. I lowered the cooking temp to 250 and baked them for 45 minutes. A delicious and very easy cookie that keeps well.
