Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I have been cooking this meatloaf recipe for at least three years, still a winner! I substituted plain breadcrumbs instead of saltine crackers. The leftovers are just as yummy the next day.

Corn and Egg Flower Soup
I used one teaspoon of soy sauce instead of oyster sauce because oyster sauce is very salty and is used more for flavoring stir fry foods. Other than that, it's a very good recipe.
