Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This was so easy and the results were so, so delicious. The juiciest turkey I've had in so long! I followed the suggestions of the other reviewers and added a little butter to the bottom of the pot, as well as a little water. After the ease of this recipe, I can't imagine making a turkey breast any other way. I had a 4 lb turkey and cooked it on low for 7 hours ... I probably could have gotten away with a little less.
