Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Awesome. I have made these a few times with everyone liking them. I let them marinade in a ziplock for at least 12 hours, sometimes up to 24 hours. The longer the better.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
My family loved it, and went back for seconds. They even wanted it the next night for dinner. I coated it in barbeque sauce, added a few spices, garlic, Worcestershire Sauce for a bit of a bite, and mixed it all together. I should have trimmed some of the fat off as the sauce was a bit on the fatty side for me. At first the idea of adding root beer was kind of strange but being that so many thought it was great, as they say "When in Rome..."

Creamy Sweet Potato With Ginger Soup
I used left over cooked sweet and white potatoes. I still caramelized the potatoes in the pan. I also added maybe 1-1/2 tsps of cayenne which really kicked it up. No sugar. No need for it. The potatoes are sweet already. Plus 2% milk instead of whole, which I had to keep adding as the soup kept thickening
