Waffles II
This are wonderful I keep forgetting to snap a picture every time I make them. I've made then without whipping the whites and just adding the eggs and I've made them with the whites whipped. Both are delicious but with the whites whipped they are so much fluffier. I've started freezing them then just popping them in the toaster when rushed!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Really good! I used a 10 inch springform pan which made it quite thin. I also added the whole can of pumpkin and it was fabulous I wouldn't make it any other way! (The whole can = about 1 cup and 1/4 c). Topped with caramel sauce and pecans!

Simple Beef Flavored Gravy
This was really good for what it was. I used vegetable bouillon and it still turned out really good.
