A strawberry pie where the strawberries became so watery I had to pour the liquid out so I could try to serve it. It's still brought up to this day.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Really good! I used a 10 inch springform pan which made it quite thin. I also added the whole can of pumpkin and it was fabulous I wouldn't make it any other way! (The whole can = about 1 cup and 1/4 c). Topped with caramel sauce and pecans!

Simple Beef Flavored Gravy
This was really good for what it was. I used vegetable bouillon and it still turned out really good.

Fresh Fruit Cobbler
Really good. I tossed the fruit in real maple syrup and added hazelnut extract to the topping. I used cherries and apples. I'm excited to try different variations.
