Apricot Cream Cheese Thumbprints
It was a good recipe but a little to fussy to make for my taste.

Chicken Enchiladas V
I loved this recipe!! It tasted like the kind I get from our local mexican resturant! I used canned chicken, and rotele and it was great. Thanks for such a good recipe.

Easy Enchilada Casserole
I liked it because even the tortillas in the middle got crunchy. To much salsa, next time I think I'll only put 2 cups in versus the 3 cups. Overall the taste was very good. The kids did ask if we could have it again the next night!
