Minute(R) Rice Breakfast Rice
My husband and I LOVED this rice! My grocery store didn't carry the 'Dutch Apple' yogurt, so I used 'Apple Pie' yogurt instead. I'm not a big raisin fan, and I was going to leave them out, but decided they would add a little substance. They blended in with the rice texture, and I didn't really taste them! I used leftover rice that was already in the fridge, and just added the ingredients, and didn't need to use the apple juice. I also thought this tasted a lot better heated in the microwave (since my rice was already cold). Very good recipe, I will certainly use again!

Turkey Brine
I used this recipe to cook my very first turkey last year, for my family! My father-in-law who is a very good cook and cooks the turkey for Thanksgiving Dinner said that it was the best flavored turkey he had ever had! Unfortunately since this was the first turkey I'd cooked, I overcooked it and it was dry (to their standards) but it was still VERY good! The gravy was a little saltier than I'm used to, so I might try using apple juice next time!

Harvey Ham Sandwiches
Very, Very good recipe! I cooked this one day while I was at work. When I came home, to fix it, the ham was so tender, it fell right off the bone! We invited my in-laws over and we all loved it--even my 2-year old! I did make it another time, but made it with a spiral cut ham this time and it was really hard to shred, but still turned out yummy! I do think the leftovers are a little dry for my tastes, though.
