It was ok, but not that tasty. If I were to make it again, I'd have to spice it up a lot more.

Betsy's Mandarin Orange Salad
A little on the sweet side - really liked the recipe and will make it again, but will do something to reduce the sweetness.

Wine Fondue
I thought this was great for the seafood but didn't work as well for the veggies. The veggies soaked up a LOT of the wine flavor and it was overpowering.
