Yellow Squash Casserole
I loved this dish! I did make changes. I sauteed the squash, onions and some broccoli (added for more color and flavor) in olive oil with for a couple minutes first. (not very long so they wouldn't get soggy) Then I also added basil and parsley when I mixed everything together. This is a definite keeper!

Deer Chop Hurry
Loved this!! So easy to make and it tastes great! We served it over rice and then served the leftover with leftover whole wheat spaghetti noodles. Delicious both times!
