I'm just a 30 something year old country boy, but a somewhat educated one that likes to cook trying an array of things. I don't get to often due to my work schedule, but when I get a chance the kitchen is hot. I'll try new or recipes of my own and my friends or co-workers are my test subjects. I'm somewhat of a meal planner, and at times it’s a fly by the seat of my pants. I like most all type of foods with very few on the dislike list.
