Ted's Beef Stew

Same as mom's. Make sure to brown the beef in batches and add oil as you need to. Also, add the flour left overs just after the onion is soft and that will thicken it up nicely

Great flavor, Good summer time salad I want to try less bacon next time, also used bacon bits rather than fry my own. Can't keep the boys out of bacon long enough to let it cool and crumble.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

I always like to brine meats before cooking in 32 oz water and 2.5 oz kosher salt for about 30 min. Helps to keep you from drying out the meat. I cooked these on the grill.

Chicken with Chipotle

A hit at my house, I did take the seeds out of the chipotle peppers and it was just the right spice for us. Also used boneless skinless breasts since that was what I had on hand.
