This tasted OK but some of the noodles stayed crunchy.....not so good. I also sauted fresh mushrooms with the onion.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

These meatballs were great! Firm but not crunchy. The bad part is that the sauce comes out very thin and we like a thick sauce. As leftovers the meatballs make a great sandwich!

Chicken Noodle Goulash (Abs Diet)

makes alot of food! the 2 8 oz chicken cans can be 3 breasts boiled, broiled, or left over. You will need more moisture and I prefer chickenbroth

We love this dish and I make it just as listed. I can make one 9x13 pan for today and lunch tomorrow, then two 8x8 pans to put in the freezer for my daughter to put in a 350 oven on a busy night and dinner is ready in 1 hr with no work!

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

I like to spice it up with some tabasco. You can add more cheese to thicken and also use as a dip for salmon cakes!

Amazing Brown Rice Salad

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

The flavoring was nice but it took two hours to cook at my house and at that point the rest of dinner was done an hour ago. I will try again sometime with different timeing!
