My cooking tragedies
You know that recipe that looks good in print but when you get done cooking for hours with alot of chopping and it all has to be thrown in the disposal! Never a good time but later you can always laugh.

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce
A Nice light dinner. bumped up the garlic and added fresh basil and a little white wine. Sourdough makes a nice side

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
This is probably Ok for another family but the sauce was strange for us. It did taste better the next day as left overs.

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze
This is great! I did also with baby portabellas and browned them slightly. Good with so many meals.
