Easy Roasted Pork
Wow - Excellent - I used a 4 lb pork loin, seasoned with garlic powder, s & p and seared in olive oil on the stove. I then put in the slow cooker, and gradually poured the sauce over top. Cooked on low until done and thickened gravy just a bit with cornstarch/water mixture. Just amazing - my best ever. I used dark brown sugar because I had it on hand and non-sweetened applesauce with no cinnamon. I can't wait to make this again next week.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
This was fantastic. Followed recipe exactly for ingredients. Used pork loin boneless country style ribs which were on sale and our favorite, Jack Daniel's original No. 7 bbq sauce. Cooked on low in crock pot about 6 to 7 hours and then 30 minutes in oven. Will stock up on meat when it's on sale and make this regularly - so easy for such great taste.

Gingered Pepper Steak
I've made this recipe a couple times now. I can't believe how delicious it is for something so easy. I double the amounts and serve over brown rice. Followed the recipe exactly with the exception of adding onions to the peppers.
